A. Each business who registers with us as a Premium Member is given a Self Assessment form to complete. The form asks them specific questions with regards to their accessible services. We then allocate easy to identify icons to indicate who they are suitable for and also include the detailed information on the site for you to see. However, we strongly recommend you contact them directly prior to booking to ensure the services they provide are suitable for you.

A. You need to be a Member of the CanGo Family to post reviews. It’s very easy to do and it doesn’t cost anything. Just click on the New Member Registration button on the top of the page. Once you are a Member, go to the business you would like to tell us about and just fill in the review form.
Q. How can I tell you about an accessible business not listed with you?
A. Just go to the Contact Us form and give us the details. We’ll follow up with the business and get them listed on the site.
